To support the delivery of our Services, FF Faraday Limited ('Faraday') may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (individually, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.
Faraday currently uses third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Before engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Faraday performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
Faraday may use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services:
Google Firebase
Function: Used to authorise users, perform transactional processes and store core system data.
Entity Name: Google LLC
Sendgrid
Function: Used to send automatic emails, like password resets, subscription upgrades and the publishing of experiences.
Entity Name: SendGrid, Inc
Faraday may use the following Subprocessors to perform other Service functions:
Hubspot
Function: Used to collect customer emails, perform email marketing and newsletters.
Entity Name: HubSpot, Inc.
Intercom
Function: To perform help, information sharing and customer support activities to users.

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavour to provide the owner of the Customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
